put in a blank cd, right click on the files and send them to the DVD/CD-R drive. A message will appear on the task bar. Double click, and start the burn wizard.

First you will need a drive capable of burning. For CD's you will need a CD-R or CD-RW, for DVD's you will need a DVD-R, DVD-RW or a DVD-RW(DL) drive.
Then you will need software. Nero has always been good and easy to use in my opinion. You can get a free trial version at http://www.download.com/Nero-7-Ultra-Edition-Enhanced/3000-2646_4-10654753.html?tag=lst-0-1 to see if you like it.
You will also need a blank disc also.....

firs you need an audio cd burning software like windows media player. then you need to drag and drop the file into the software. then you put your blank cd in and click burn
