My little sister is in 4th grade and she wears B Cup bras. At her school, they do this 'Jump Robe Maraton' thing, were the 4th grade students jump rope for 2 hours, (not nonstop, they have teams, and they 6 on each team, 3 jumping, and 3 sitting at a time.) She is very embarressed about her 'early' delveloping, and she always wears bagging sweatshirts. But she and I KNOW she will have to take of her sweatshirt during the jump rope maraton.
Do you have any ideas how I can help her?

Make sure that she has a good fitting bra.
Take time to tell her it is normal to become a young lady and how beautiful she will become in the years to come if she takes care of herself...then go and see about some descent outfits that would compliment her
You sound like a good big sister...keep up the concern and you will have a friend for life...

You should see about getting a proper fitting sports bra. that will help some. Your mom or adult of the house should be going to the school and talking to the PE teacher. My son is in 4th grade and there is a young lady in his class that is the same way, she is excused from some things they do PE, my son and his classmates only knows its for medical reasons. Buy a small sports bra. It will keep them close to her with minimal bounce, but then she can change the bra after the event and be comfortable. That is what I did (C cup by 6th grade)

get your sister for a nice tightfitting sporrts bra. after having my son a nurse recommended getting a extra tight fitting sports bra when i was ready to stop breastfeeding and it made my double d's look like a regular b/c cup. try it !!! p.s. tell your sister women pay big money to have boob jobs every day ,what seems so awful today will be an attribute for her later.

She needs to get a good fitting sports bra. That will hold them down with very little bouncing.

a friend of mine had the same problem have her buy like one of those tight shirt kinda to hold things in place more and that will help out a lot I had the same problem to good luck hope this helps

Poor thing. Have your mom get her a sports bra.. it will hold her breasts down firmly, and will make them appear smaller too.

geet one of those thingys from shes the man and wrap it around her chest so it gets smaller
