So, you just had to do it. Well you should not tell him, make sure that she tells him. I don't want to see you get hurt. She is an ex by her own choice and having her cake and eating it too, well that is great for her. Meahwhile you and the other guy are getting emotionally involved...She will move on from both of you.
I know that you still love her, but you need to move on if you want the wounds of her leaving to heal. My friend, you deserve good things and she is not going to give them to you.
