I you are looking for YOUR W-2, unless your employer makes it available on-line, it isn't there.
If you are looking for a blank W-2, you can't print a USABLE W-2.
From the W-2 for on the IRS website:
Attention:
This form is provided for informational purposes only. Copy A
appears in red, similar to the official printed IRS form. But do
not file Copy A downloaded from this website with the SSA. A
penalty of $50 per information return may be imposed for filing
such forms that cannot be scanned.

go to www.irs.gov and click on the forms and publications link. It will take you to a screen that contains an internal scroll down screen. Search the internal scroll screen for the form you need. I believe that what you are looking for will read something like "2006W-2". Hope this helps.
