I'm planing on doing a week long fast soon.
how should I start and end it?
should I exercise at all? whats best to do during it?
I'd like to make it spiritual also, any great reads? (i'm not picky about religion, I'm buddhist, but enjoy all spiritual books).
also, I want to do a water fast, but it seems alittle hard, so I might start off w/ water, and half-0way throu switch to juice, hows that sound?

Not trying to tell ya what to do, but some fasting can be dangerous for some people.
Always check out fasting with your Doc. befor you try it, IF you have never fasted befor.

See, on the Second day of a Total Food Abstinance Fast, your body goes to the Fat Layers for Energy--FIRST thing that comes out are all of the Toxins (bad stuff) that the body stores in the fat layers. Some people have died when all of these poisons went into their system at One Time.

Always, always and always drink Plenty of Water.
All of the Time.

I would start out with just one day. Then slowly, meal by meal, work up to longer fasts.
Be carefull how you Break a Fast too.
Fruit Juice, I've been told is good to break a fast.
