Surely it's worth trying, if there really was a God there should be some evidence of his existence, shouldn't we be looking for it?

We could either investigate or reason whether or not God existed if theists could come up with a universal definition of God. Either they can't or they won't in order to to prevent their God from being proven an imaginary thing.

There is FAR MORE PROOF FOR GOD THAN NOT! There are a several books that may help you answer that question: The Signature of God by Grant Jeffery, Messiah by Grant Jeffery, Hidden Wealth by Ray Comfort, the Case For Christ by Lee Strobel, Evidence For The Defence by Josh Mac Dowell and The Biblical Basis For Modern Science by Morris. People see Him everyday and don't recognize Him.

Why bother. If you did find evidence of God people of faith would say that it was impossible. Or that it was something planted by the devil. They would say only the faithful could know God not the scientists. Believers would treat any evidence that God exists as blasphemy.

God has shown himself to us through His word. Read what the says in Daniel, Revelations, and see what Jesus himself said about the end times, then look at the news headlines today and the way the world works. It's all there and right in front of you, He told you EXACTLY what to look for to know what time it was.

Any science that has "proven" the existence of god or intelligent design is purely circumstantial. If this is the best god can do I'm not impressed.

Trying to disprove something that does not exist...wow, that will be a tough one. That's why they call it faith, belief in something that has no evidence or foundation beneath it.

You know, we as Christians don't have to prove God: His word states that His proof is in all creation. Him with an eye let him see.

I pray that all will believe and accept God and our Savior Jesus Christ but there is nothing we can do to force any one to believe.

All we can do is to tell you about our Faith in Jesus and the rest is up to the "Holy Spirit" and "YOU".

What are you talking about? The evidence is all around us. God does not need to prove himself to me, or you, or Lucifer. We believe in Him by faith in Christ.

yes, we should accept that.

because it is impossible to prove or disprove.

only god could reveal himself and prove his existence. until then, mankind will continue to create cults (like islam and christianity) to try and explain god and control people.
