Consider when Jesus died and the veil in the Temple was ripped in two pieces which signalized that Jesus had made it to the Holy of Holy places where new life could begin. This is very much like the virginity that is lost on a wedding night the hymen is torn with the possibility of new life beginning with a pregnancy. It is a beautiful thing and seen in the right light it is also beautiful for the woman as well so the small amount of pain is quickly forgotten in the joy of the new relationship. One can not understand Holy things if they are in the state of sin -- this is why a real Holy marriage with a virgin wife is so special. The Lord transforms it into something very beautiful that only the bride and groom can realize. This country has a real problem with sex.

Actually, I was a virgin bride and my wedding night was a whole lot of fun. I wasn't tense or even nervous when it came down to it. It seemed natural. I didn't even have any real pain. I had a few spots of blood later that night, but nothing that put a damper on the honeymoon. If you are smart about it and take things slow then it is a really good experience.

This is a different perspective coming from a guy. Historically, men have wanted their wives to be virgins if only for the sake of boasting about how they are the only man that their wives have been with. Why would any man or woman want to put up with the baggage that comes with a person who isn't a virgin perplexes me. However, I am keenly aware that such things in these whorish days and times can not be avoided for the most part.

To many people, losing their visginity is a tense time, and to many others is is an exciting time.
Some only want to lose it to their newlywed, others couldn't care.
I lost my virginity to a 40 year old woman under a bush in scotland when I was 18. She sure taught me a thing or two ;p
Can't say I ever prized my virginity. I guess values continually change alongside modern day living.
I wasn't bothered about how many men my girlfriend had been with before we met either.

.. that sounds nothing like my first time.. but maybe thats because you rushed you're first time?
the main thing most people seem to miss is the importance of foreplay and lube... dont rush things let them take there time..
but virginity is prized.. umm.. because it is?.. its like buying something second hand or something new.. you could buy a second hand car for half the price.. or you could get the same model, but brand new with that new car smell.. ? *shrug*
there is also the effect that someone feels enough about themselves and you to have done it with nobody else.. that has to count for something.. i'm monogamous with my partner.. and the fact that we both shared each others first experiences made everything all the more special.
wierd that you put it in this section though.. *shrug*

some adult adult males want a lady who's "organic", individual who hasn't ever had sex before, hence being the first to break her hymen. some adult adult males coach pride that they are having sex with a first timer. Others do no longer with the aid of inexperience, and positively, discomfort at the same time as breaking the hymen. We refer women who had quite a few sex companions as being "used up", it really is harsh sounding notwithstanding it really is real. uncomplicated! some adult adult males don't love used women. some adult adult males do not truly care about virginity, it in basic terms makes it a lot less stressful for them to have sex, and doubtless extra fulfilling in different strategies. some adult adult males received't want a lady who's adventure because of many motives, which incorporates STD's or a lose of her activity or orgasm with the fairway guy. yet another project, virginity isn't any such massive deal in different countries outdoors the u . s . , some individuals (perhaps uk?) have a tendency to make a huge deal about it, at the same time as it really is not. undeniable and easy it really is in basic terms sex, and the will of who you want your better half to be in that particular second.

What are you talking about? My first time was wonderful. Pain only bothers you if you let it. Being a virgin on your wedding night is a sign of respect. I was the first for my husband too. I think it's better that way. You're with the one you love and you don't have to worry about STDs.

It is prized because it is supposed to be a proof that, that person has not sex as a hobby. Religions focus on controlling our feelings, hence living a sane life without trouble.

I think it's about a control or domination thing for guys. They want to be the first to mark the territory because they know nobody else will ever do that again. Cause you only loose it once.

I think it's because it's all about having a relationship with only one person for life in terms of sexual activity. So, if a woman is a virgin when she gets married, she has kept herself only for that man. So, think of it in terms of this issue. Doesn't that speak something about a woman who is willing to make a commitment to only one guy? Besides, it seems that a woman who is interested in waiting for the wedding night probably is really committed to that relationship and not stray.
