no junk food, no sodas, no white flour (white bread, pasta, cookies, cakes etc)

it depends on how many caloreis you consume and the amount you burn, 3500 calories is 1 lbs. so you need to burn that much including the calories you eat and there you have your answer. so if you eat 1500 calories a day, thats 10500, so you need to burn that plus 3500 calories a week. just to lose 1 pound but if you eat only a few calories like 700-900 it wont be that hard.

Do as many as you can.. There is no such thing as running to much. That being said I hate running with a passion. I do other activities like play sports and run from the police.

Check the government growth charts. If you're not overweight, don't diet. If you are overweight, go so your doctor or a nutritionist to plan a sensible diet and exercise plan. You really shouldn't be dieting at your age
