Yes, that would be the best way to lose body fat and gain muscle. I gained 15 lbs of muscle in just 2 months of weight lifting. Mostly in my legs...but muscle none the less lol.

yes definitely. as the fat burns off, the muscle builds up. remember that muscle weighs more than fat, so you might not see much change in the scale. take measurements to see how many inches you lose. pay attention to how clothes fit. do the cardio first and then the weights. eating a well balanced diet with proper portions and drinking lots of water will help.

Absolutely, as a matter of fact if you can increase your cardio you'll probably be able to do more lifting. Just make sure you do you cardio after any lifting. You don't want to burn all your energy on cardio and then try lifting. Also eat a lot of foods high in protein which helps develop your muscles.

You bet you can... 5 times a week might be a bit much though, I'd go with 4 if I were you.
Do your resistance training first and then the cardio afterwards and you will burn the most fat.
As for diet you should buy "the bodybuilders nutrition book" by Franco Columbu. You can get it off of Amazon for ten bucks.

As long as you keep a normal diet 1500 calories for a female, 2000 for male, you will be able to burn fat and increase muscle. If you starve your body will go into survival mode where it will use the protein you eat for energy rather than building muscle.

Thats usually how it works. I wouldn't recommend cardio 5 times per week. Maybe 2 or 3 times.

nicely you're probable strengthening and not firming. you're probable doing 3 gadgets of 8-12 reps, that's what human beings do to bulk up. and the clarification why one arm is larger than the different, nicely at the start every person is a splash bigger on one factor then the different.........yet while it rather is severely bigger, thsi ability you do no longer hire the two one in all your palms gently mutually as lifting. meaning you're making use of the bigger arm greater effectively then the single that did no longer bulk. So be beneficial to show screen your sort. For firming use a very gentle weight, and strengthen repetitions

for loosing the fat around the belly running is the best way to go, so adding it to your exercises is a good idea, Most places do recommend both. Diet wise go for low calories high protein. You want to build muscles (protein) and loose fat (calories)
