i have a lot of pressure and tightness in the back of my head and my neck muscles are realt tight...i also ha ve heaviness in my chest....but i know its nothing heart or lung related because ive done tests for that which all come back normal....does anyone know what the pressure in the back of my head is>?

The pressure in the back of your head could be from stress, too much computer work, and over use of the muscles.

I recommend you get a qualified massage therapist to work on your neck, shoulders and head. That's going to give you the most relief especially if you get a massage on a regular basis.

In the mean time you could use a moist heating pad to help relax the muscles. Use for twenty minutes at a time and afterwards apply an analgesic balm.

Maybe allergies/sinuses. Could be a sinus infection. Consult your physician.
