i do think 14 is too young. you dont need the drama that comes with it. guys are too young to commit and you should be concentrating on school and you friends and hobbies. they guys will still be around when you are older and ready to deal with the drama that comes from dating and sex.

Depending on the maturity level in most cases with kids now days no. I'm only 16 and I no for sure at 14 I wasn't. At that age your still believing everything you see in the videos and not even close to knowing your role as a girl or boy so its really best not to. Just kick it and be friends! Enjoy it while you can.

hi I am 16 years old and my name is lacresha boutwell and to answer your question not I don't think 14 is to young to date. I started dating at the age of 13. I guess it really depends on what your parents say if you are to young to think about dating. My parents did tell me that but I talked to mom about this one guy and she ended up changing her mind. so it really depends on your parents i guess. But my opinoin no it is not to young to start dating

As I see it, you date in order to find a mate, a life long companion. Therefore, you shouldn't date until you are sure, very, very sure of what you want.
Now is the time to have fun, lots, lots, and lots of fun. So go ahead enjoy this time, and stage in your life. Meet all sorts of different people, and when your ready to settle then go ahead and go on serious dates.

No, I think tha's the right age to start dating with responsability, because younger than that u don't know what u are doing.

I think that is too young to go out alone but I let my daughter go out with friends to the movies and often her "boyfriend" was part of that.

yes, because you haven't matured mentally, just physically. I think it's okay to have friends but that's it, besides boys are dumb @ this age, hell they're dumb @ every age, but be safe and wait, oh and girls bring the drama so it's useless to date so young, trust me you're not missing out on anything
