My girlfriend likes to have sex, on average, 3 times before lunch. She is an obvious nymph. She even had a shrink tell her that. What stumps me is: am I a nymph because I can keep up with that? One week we counted 78 times we had sex. That seems very excessive to me, but I don't mind one bit. Am I a nympho too?

You need to define what you mean by "sex". When you say you had sex 78 times, do you mean intercourse? or you gave 78 blow jobs or got eaten 78 times, or finger-banged 78 times or gave 78 hand jobs? or a combination of all those.
If you were penetrated 78 times in a week I would say that qualifies as a nymph. If you did the other things 78 times then you're not a nymph but you still qualify as a top ten world class sl-ut.

Unless the rest of your lives are suffering and your taking risks with your welfare and safety, then no, neither of you are nymphomaniacs.
You can be supremely over-sexed and for that I'm overwhelmingly jealous.
I don't even think I can find that much free time in a day anymore, let alone fill it with sex.
