Well, I have a celebrity look alike and I want to ask her Do I look like (my look alike). If she says positive things how can I end up getting her number? Of course, I will give her compliments before asking about my look alike.

Well, if your lookalike is an actor, you could ask her if she's seen a movie that he's been in. You could say something like "Hey, have you heard of the movie called [insert movie title here]?" and if you name a popular one, she'll probably say yes unless she's a hermit. Then you could say "You know [insert actor's name here]? My friends have been telling me lately that I look like him, but I just don't see the resemblance. Do you?"
You could do the same with a singer by replacing a movie with a song. But there's no real way to get her number. Just make nice conversation and eventually ask her if she'd like to go out for coffee/dinner/drink with you sometime.
