This is something i really want to do and would appreciate any helpful advice on how to go about it the correct way, i have been exercising and involved with sports my whole life but in the past year i haven't been feeling as healthy as i could be and i have pretty much been doing this work out for the past year but very half heartedly one day a week then skip a week and cut minutes off it etc
Would it be better to do the walking before the toning/weight training or after?
[I know about diet and that's not what i want advice about, just the exercise thanks]
Thanks in advance for any useful advice =)

it sounds good, maybe a little to much for me. but i wouldn't do it everyday, you need to give you muscles a day to heal, so that they can build muscle. i would try every other day and do cardio before hand. i don't know why , but i did ballet and cheered in high school and we always did our cardio first

there is no such thing as toning exercises. increasing "tone" is the exact same as decreasing the body fat and you can't spot reduce fat through diet or exercise.

if you are doing the exact same workout day after day week after week don't expect your body to change at all. if you are using the same weights and/or running the same distance in the same amount of time why would the body change?
