Im gonna start doing yoga...i ve found some yoga i like but any suggestions for more positions?

Try a DVD. I love MTV yoga cause it's fast paced and keeps me interested. On your own, it's hard to learn more positions and do keep at it long enough.

There are lots of really good DVDs on yoga though. Good luck!

I'd recommend going to yoga classes. If you are a beginner, make sure you are in a beginner/intermediate class. It is good because you can get a lot of good poses, and the instructor can help correct your form if necessary. Sometimes just being an inch or two off can make the difference between nothing, it working, or taking it too far and getting hurt.

The difficult thing in classes is to make sure you don't get caught up in trying to keep up with other people. Everybody is at their own level, and even some joints are better than others.

Use what you got first. Start of small and get great result if you just start.
