all depends on the level of intensity that one uses during training.

training at a low level of intensity does not cause a great amount of calories to be expended during the training session nor does it cause a noticeable increase in the resting metabolic rate after training.

No easy answer to this one i'm afraid. It all depends on the level of intensity you are working out at and also your body composition
