I am curious if the sound is acceptable, and if you would do it again. eventually i do plan to get a new deck, and run RCA's, but for the time being, is high level o.k.? i dont want to invest into a converter, because i am going to get a ne head unit effentually (next summer)

I've used it several times for subwoofer installations and once for a set of rear speakers, and in every case there were no problems with the sound at all.

Never done it. Wouldn't think that a high quality amp would have poor quality connections. Even if it does sound bad a convertor is 6 bucks
