Your profanity tells me that you are not serious about this question. I was prepared to give you a thorough answer but I can see that to do so would be casting pearls before swine.
So the short answer is God is the father of the spirits of all mortals. In addition, he is the mortal father of Jesus. Thus, he is the first born spirit and the only begotten in the flesh. There is no proof that a mortal can give. The proof is all spiritual, something you obviously lack.
Humble yourself and let the desire to know sink into your soul. Then you can ponder these things and study them and pray about them and then, maybe, if you are sincere enough, God will manifest the truth of it unto you by the power of the Holy Ghost. By the power of the Holy Ghost, you may know the truth of all things.

Bible. The most famous of all other bible verses:

John 3:16 “For God loved the world so much that he gave his only-begotten Son, in order that everyone exercising faith in him might not be destroyed but have everlasting life."

Philippians 2: 5 "...Christ Jesus, 6 who, although he was existing in God’s form, gave no consideration to a seizure, namely, that he should be equal to God. 7 No, but he emptied himself and took a slave’s form and came to be in the likeness of men. 8 More than that, when he found himself in fashion as a man, he humbled himself and became obedient as far as death, yes, death on a torture stake. 9 For this very reason also God exalted him to a superior position and kindly gave him the name that is above every [other] name, 10 so that in the name of Jesus every knee should bend of those in heaven and those on earth and those under the ground, 11 and every tongue should openly acknowledge that Jesus Christ is Lord to the glory of God the Father.

Hello,
See if this helps any:

When I was in confirmation I didn't understand the 3 in one description either. It was best explained to me this way:
I am jabberbox.
I am a friend to many people.
I am also a daughter.

Thus 3 people in one. Well Jesus was born of Marry as a result of emaculant connecption, a mirical, by God. Well remember Mary was unwed and a vergin so not only was this pleasing to God but to have a child out of wedlock in those days was unheard of and not allowed. . So God sent angels to Mary and in her dreams these angels told her she would have a child and she was to name him Jesus. She did this and as time went on Jesus did as his father, or God, told him to do.

I hope this helps
Jabberbox

There is none. The Son of God was the Sun of God worshiped by the Egyptians before the Roman Catholic changed it.
