What happened while you were on any LSD drug. Or any physcadellic drug.

I would just like to start this off by saying I am sick and tired of reading peoples replies to LSD saying that they've seen it tottaly fry peoples brains and ruin their lives. These people don't know LSD at all and are making up stories because they believe all the LSD propaganda.

I have taken LSD a couple of times and I can tell you it has affected my life positively. I am now better motivated and can sort out my problems better. I've even seen friends who have had bad trips and come out for the better. The truth is LSD DOES NOT fry your brain and you will not end up in a mental institution because of your flashbacks. If your flashbacks continue for awhile there are certain medications you can take to minimize them.

Now for my own stories about LSD. I basically saw things like the walls melt, patterns (that I couldn't make out) spinning around on the walls, when I went into my bedroom there were mouths in my blanket and there were eyes in different rooms all over my house. I also have had periods of deep reflecting and insight on personal issues that I would not like to discuss here. All in all LSD has been somewhat of a rebirth. I'm more happy about myself and my surroundings then ever. It's time the general public changes the way they think about LSD and realizes its true potential as a therapeutic agent.

Hmm... Let's see:

LSD

Went to a state fair and took two hits, rode the ferris wheel at sunset. Pet goats, horses, cows, pigs, sheep...etc. in a petting zoo. Marvelled at all the arts and crafts inside the expo building. Ate cotton candy and layed in the grass. Walked around and wondered about all the other people. Went on a couple more rides before finishing with a fun house. Ended the night by going back to my house and making music with my friends on a keyboard/synthesizer.

Mushrooms

Took an 1/8th while camping in the middle of the Nevada desert. Stared at the fire and talked for a long time with a couple friends, danced a little to some music, watched the moon come up over the mountainside and also watched a group of deer walk right past our campsite. Slept in the car after coming down and hearing coyotes howling at us from the hills.

Mescaline

Took a strong dose inside a bathroom at Disneyland. Went on Splash Mountain while peaking. Walked everywhere, watched a show, then a parade. Went on It's A Small World for the first time ever, loved it. Tripped pretty hard inside Toon Town. Went to Tomorrow Land and spent a lot of time inside the Imaginerium place, where I met ASIMO! Went on Space Mountain and Star Tours and watched the light and fireworks show on the water while coming down.

Have not personally used the drug but here are 2 true stories of individuals I know. While attending college, during the first week, a girl went to a fraternity party, took LSD and has never been the same. Her brain got fried that night and she was unable to return to college. That was in 1972.
I know a woman who used to live here in the states and lived the Hippie lifestyle and a big druggie. She's in her early 60's and lives in Germany. She lives full time in a mental institution because flashbacks are still so severe, she still trys to commit suicide. This has deeply affected her husband and 2 children as well. Not only does a person have to wonder about the affects of LSD but also about any other drug or substance that may be added to it. It just is not worth the trip.
