Water with bubbles....any general store will have it.

If you are talking 'natural soda water' it exists but it almost does not fizz (or fades very fast). Usually you need to find a spring near a vulcano to find natural soda water.

Most (say 99%) is made by adding carbon dioxide to just plain water.

you can buy it in the pop section in the store. it is just carbonated water. Try in the grocery store. At fst food you can ask for soda water instead of popp too.
