yes but make sure u r running on a flat surface. some poeple incline the treadmill and that might build muscle instead of making u lose weight

Yes. Your body will heat up MUCH quicker and you will burn the calories. The sauna suit will deplete you of your liquids, and i've lost up to 7 lbs in one night of running of water weight, no lies. But however, it is unhealthy to stay that dehydrated. Most of the weight you will lose will be water weight but yes you will burn more calories, given you do the full exersize.

not one bit, it has no effect on fat loss. you may sweat more during exercise but that water weight will be replaced over the next couple of hours when you eat or resume drinking fluids.
