Im enlisting into the 18x program early fall, right now ive been doing PT with around 200 pushup/situps 50 pull ups, plus weight training monday, wednesday, friday. Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, i do about 400 pushup/situps, 100 pull ups. Is this a good workout, or should I be trying somethings else??? Ive read that you should train like an endurance athlete. Im just looking for advice from people who know about special operations and their training.

they also do a lot of pull ups. try doing 100 push ups if you have to rest its ok, then move on to sit ups and do the same, then pull ups. time the total work out and try to improve. also alot of running swimming anything to build endurance. my bro is a green beret.

which branch of the military? the SF training for all of them are different. I'm ex-SF from the Navy so I can give you tips about that if it's applicable.

but yes endurance training is a big part of it, where as functional strength is not.
