I wish poor Teresa would just give DEI to greedy brother and sister duo. I feel so badly for Teresa being treated so shabbily by her stepchildren-a word I have never heard her use. I also feel badly for Taylor-I guess Dale Jr and Kelly don't consider her family either.

I dont know how they will turn out, but I think in the end, Junior will call up Mr. Childress, and ask him for a fleet of black #3 Chevy's. Kelley and Junior setting a deadline for June makes me think they are ready for something to happen, and if Teresa doesnt let go, he will be gone. RCR has already said they are starting a 4th team next year...

A statement was made by Kelley Earnhardt yesterday that negoiations have resumed and Jr still wants 51% ownership. They're waiting on DEI.

As of right now, everything is on hold until Kelly returns full time. She is still recovering from surgery. She is expected to return within the next few weeks. Things will resume when she gets back on her feet.

Very slowly. DEI is no longer a top NASCAR team and Junior would be better off with Hendrick, Childress, or Roush who have all 6 winners this year. Loyalty to one's sister and step mother doesn't translate into wins on the tracks.

His contract negotiations are on hold until his sister Kelly gets a full recovery from her surgery. When she gets better...they will begin again.
