Isaiah 48:17 This is what Jehovah has said, your Repurchaser, the Holy One of Israel: “I, Jehovah, am your God, the One teaching you to benefit [yourself], the One causing you to tread in the way in which you should walk. 18 O if only you would actually pay attention to my commandments! Then your peace would become just like a river, and your righteousness like the waves of the sea.

This is a major reason why anti-Witness persecution is never successful.
(Isaiah 54:13-15) And all your sons will be persons taught by Jehovah, and the peace of your sons will be abundant. 14 You will prove to be firmly established in righteousness itself. You will be far away from oppression—for you will fear none—and from anything terrifying, for it will not come near you. 15 If anyone should at all make an attack, it will not be at my orders. Whoever is making an attack upon you will fall even on account of you.”

sure, i do pay interest to God. and the single subject that got here to suggestions as i study your question, is the rainbow. i become out strolling a pair of weeks in the past, and it had rained formerly, and from the sky all way right down to the earth there become a brilliant rainbow...it is quickly from Heaven in my opinion. yet, needless to say its been exploited to represent some thing else...yet we as Christians and Jews understand what the rainbow rather ability. its Gods promise to us that he would under no circumstances flood the earth back.

And the rest of verse 19: "One's name would not be cut off or annihilated from before me."
Just at the book study, we spoke of making a name with Jehovah, getting a name in the Book of Life. These scriptures really show you how wise it is to live by the counsel in the Bible. What harm does it do?
Thanks for another great pick me up!

Thanks for the pick up, I'll try to remember that today. I don't pay attention to God as much as I should, so it's always nice to be reminded, God bless.

I pay attention to the words that eminate from within the volcano of those who aren't afraid to live life to the fullness of their distended egos and suck the marrow from the bones of hypocrisy and light.
