Yes you will but you must remember that you have to continue the healthy eating for the rest of your life. I have been dieting on and off for over 30 years and lost it and regained it but last year I was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes and have to stick to a healthy diet and exercise, I don't do as much exercise as you are planning but I have lost 14lbs. It is better to lose 2-3lbs per week and you will keep it off so if you can lose 2lbs per week it will only take you 7 weeks to lose 14lbs. 119lbs is 8st 5lb which is the normal weight for your age? Good Luck

By chopping off some body parts!
Dont be an idiot. Losing 14 pounds rapidly is not only unhealthy, it can be downright life threatening. Not to mention that if it were possible, you would look like a sack of human skin walking about. 1-2 pounds a week is what you should aim for through excercise, allowing your body and metabolism to adjust and enabling your skin to slowly adjust naturally. Havent you seen those tv shows where they suck away all the fat and leave people looking 'soft' or due to gastric bypass some people are left with gobs of hanging skin?

You can't loose that much in one week without serious healthy danger.
Buy a calorie counter watch.
3,500 calories burned equals one pound
Keep your food intake to 1,200
Add both numbers and you have your total calories needed to burn each day of the week.
It really doesn't take much. If you change your view on how to loose weight its alot easier when you are looking at numbers instead of miles.
I went from 168 to 127 using this plan.
Lean Cusine meals are a great source while doing this..their prepackaged meals are sooo good and they are approx. 180 to 380 per box so you can eat like 5 of them a day and still be under your intake level. Dont' forget..Water!!!

14 pounds? Simple... you don't.
But if you want to lose that weight its going to take you maybe 2 or 3 months. Eat healthy, exercise 1 hour a day or more, drink lots of water to balance you hunger and um... get lots of sleep. Good luck. And why do you want to lose 14 pounds anyway?

Losing 14 lbs in one week is not healthy... plain and simple. By doing this, you will be placing a lot of stress on your body and creating greater health problems for yourself. Plus, extreme dieting like that makes it even more difficult for you to lose weight in the future. If you want to lose weight, set realistic goals for yourself. Eath healthy and get plenty of exercise. It takes patience, but if you stick with it, you will see results in just a few weeks! :)

That sounds impossible. Unless you are very over weight. I would suggest alt of water. Salad with fat free dressing. Alot of exercise. But don't over do it. and get plenty of rest . The more you sleep the less you think about food. Keep your stomach sucked in all day. I know it's hard to think about all day. but try it really helps to make your stomach flatter you look slimmer even if you haven't lost all 14 lbs. try to tone up the belly.

It is possible to lose 14lb in a week safely. Despite what others may think.
Diets known as VLCDs or very low calorie diets can help you lose that much weight that fast safely. They are well researched and have been around for ages. The NHS in the UK prescribes one of these vlcds.
Examples of these diets are Cambridge Diet, Lighter Life and Lipotrim.
However, you can only do such an extreme diet if you match the right criteria. One of them is you cannot suffer from low blood pressure, and you must have more than 42lb to lose otherwise you will effect mussel mass.

Thats too much weight to lose in a week(dangerous to your health) The faster you lose, the faster it will return. Eat sensible.low fatty foods and do an hour of exercise a day(aerobic and weights)

Hmm...unless you plan on not eating and just drinking water and exercising several times a day, I really don't know! If you do it this way, you may lose it, but the chances of keeping it off long term is low.
