I do believe he qualifies as the worlds best unprosecuted serial killer AND mass murderer

That depends on how you define murder.
God made the laws. God made us.
He put us here and He can take us out of here.
Has he authorized the killing of people, yes. Since He is not subject to the laws of man and since He is the one who told us not to kill one another, that doesn't mean that He can't make exceptions to that rule for His own purposes.
You have to understand that death to Him is not the final solution that we think it is. Dying is merely a trasfer of life from mortality to an immortal spiritual existence. If we are called home a bit prematurely, it is of little consequence to Him. Sometimes it is necessary to curtail the mortal existence because there is no chance of any further improvement or any reason for us to stay here. That is why He is calle God, because He can control life here on earth if the purpose suits Him to do so. He allows us our agency to choose right from wrong but sometimes He has a purpose that can only be served if someone loses their life. Sometimes we know why He did what He did and sometimes we don't know why He did it. Fortunately, it is not for us to judge these things.
On the other hand, don't blame God for all the killings that man accomplishes without any help from God at all. Those deaths will be accounted to the person responsible in due time. God was not responsible for the holocaust. Those responsible will have to answer for their crimes. God may have allowed it to happen in order to fill the condemnation upon the heads of the wicked. The innocent victims will be received into heaven. We needn't worry about them.

Mass Flood - Killed every living mammal on the planet except those on the fabled ark

First born children of Egypt - For the sins of the parents, the innocent cute babies had to die!

10 Plagues - Again a horrific way to die.

He sacrificed his own child to suffocate on a cross.

Yeah, the God as depicted in the bible is a pretty murderous dude. Funny, the bible never says that Satan kills anyone!

of course not. Him killing people would be like me stepping on ants, or eating beef. Killing bugs is not murder.

are you counting Jesus Christ dying? But Jesus rose again, so he's no longer dead, or wasn't really dead in the first place. (Can Gods Die?) No murder.

If God kills other Gods without cause, then I think it could be murder. What did he do with the Roman, Egyptian, Pagan Gods? Did he just buy them out? The it's not murder. If they attacked him first and he killed them in the fight, then it's not murder either. But since God is omnipresent, omnipotent, omniscient, those other limited polytheistic gods are like bugs compared to him again. So it can not be murder.

Have you ever read any of the Christian bible? Throughout the OT you can read about that god killing thousands and thousands of innocent people. You have not heard about how he killed all the people then in the world except Noah and some of his family, when he caused the big flood. Surely you know the story about Noah and the Ark and two of every kind of living thing was brought onboard. Yeah Right!

See if this is what you mean:

Deuteronomy 32:39-43
39 'See now that I, I am He, And there is no god besides Me; It is I who put to death and give life. I have wounded and it is I who heal, And there is no one who can deliver from My hand.
40 'Indeed, I lift up My hand to heaven, And say, as I live forever,
41 If I sharpen My flashing sword, And My hand takes hold on justice, I will render vengeance on My adversaries, And I will repay those who hate Me.
42 'I will make My arrows drunk with blood, And My sword will devour flesh, With the blood of the slain and the captives, From the long-haired leaders of the enemy.'
43 "Rejoice, O nations, with His people; For He will avenge the blood of His servants, And will render vengeance on His adversaries, And will atone for His land and His people."

no, murder is killing someone without just cause. It is not a sin for the government to end the life of a murderer and it is not wrong for God to end the life of people who are deserving of death.

No. Death caused by a righteous God is not murder. God is not burdened with sin, therefore, he does not live in our box. What we see from out limited, finite view is askew.

So, knowing that God is all perfect and all loving, we know that if God were to take a life...it would be the perfect and loving thing to do. If we can't see that it is "we" who are blind.

More than Hitler. The near extinction of life during the Flood. Sodom and Gomorrah. The killing of the first born in Egypt and the subsequent drowning of the entire Egyptian army. The complete annihilation of the Canaanites. It goes on and on... Da da hum, da da dum...

I suppose it depends on your definition of murder and your definition of god. If it means did he ever kill anyone like him, then who knows - is he like a man or in a league fo his own?

If it means did he ever kill man, then yes, he did, over and over again (e.g. the parting of the sea, which he then allowed to fall back and drown people and the flood in which he saved Noah et al).
