The best way for you to gain weight is to eat a balanced diet. Eat proteins like chicken, lean beef, Eggs, Fish because they build muscle and muscle weighs more than fat and it is more dense and will make you look like your not a twig. In addition you need to eat good sources of carbohydrates like wheat bread, brown rice, sweet potatoes, grainy pastas, and vegetables. Since your on the thin side go ahead and eat a few sweets here and there. If you work out you will gain muscle and that will ultimately help you gain ten or fifteen pounds. If you work out with weights a three times a week for a half hour and eat right you can expect to gain your weight in twelve weeks. You will definitely see results if you do this. Also you need to eat about 2200 calories a day. If your are still not gaining weight up your caloric intake by a hundred pounds a week until you do gain weight. I'm not a nutritionist, but...

Don't eat small meals, instead eat 3 large meals, with dinner an hour before bed. Weight gain supplements are also ok, but I think 2 cups of rice, plenty of whole milk, and high calorie meats (throw bbq sauce on everything) would do the trick. Hopefully you have an excercise routine to turn some of the calories into muscle, but you really need to pack on calories over and aboe what you burn so that you can gain weight.

Increase your portion sizes. Have three meals a day plus 2 to 3 snacks a day. However, don't change your food and portion sizes too suddenly or drastically otherwise it can have very adverse effects on your health. Make sure you are still drinikng enough, and getting enough vitamins etc. And, remember too much fat and saturated fat will greatly increase your chance of having a heart attck so don't over do it.

I don't know how to gain "wait," but if you want to gain weight you have to eat more.

good weight or bad weight?
Bad weight eat everything you can and dont exercise or try to move for two months.
Good weight eat pasta and more food and lift some weights.
