St. John's Wart, but it comes in a pill that you buy in the vitamins/supplements isle

There's also something that I saw once on the Today show, but I can't remember what it is... it has a name that when you look at it, doesn't sound at all like it looks. It's expensive. And it's drank in a tea type form. It's from South America. I'll look it up and see if I can't find it for you... I'll message you with it if you close out your question. :)

i found it on Oprah's website. I guess I was wrong about it treating depression... It's just packed with antioxidants and gives you energy, but that may help you out too.

An herb tea called "Siete Flores" (Spanish for Seven Flowers) has work well for my family and I for years.

If there was a natural anti-depressant do you think that there would be perscriptions for it??? No..there's not...Excersise is about the only thing that is supposed to help but it didn't for me.
