Nobody that is reputable will want to use your pet dog when there are far better choices of dogs to choose from that have been health tested and shown. Stop trying to peddle you pos pet dog here. The fact that you do not even know how to find a b*tch to stud your dog to means you have no business trying to breed your dog. Get him neutered and leave breeding to those that have better resources than YA.

Why do you want, or even think, that you are ready to become a breeder? Do you have any breeding experience (having a pet as a child that got pregnant doesn't count)? Are you registered? If the answer to these questions is "NO," please continue reading. Take the responsible route and leave the breeding and buying of purebred dogs to professionals. There are thousands of perfectly fine dogs sitting in shelters awaiting their final day. The majority of them are there because of people who wanted to breed cute little puppies with no idea of what they were doing. My suggestion: Come to Los Angeles, visit the pound, and look at all the dogs that are going to be put down. It will probably change the way in which you look at getting your next pet. I got my best friend from a pound when she was just under 7 years old. I have no idea what breed she is and don't really care; I rescued her and she rescued me. It kills me to think that she most likely is the product of neglect from backyard breeders trying to create extra income.

I think maybe you should rethink this. For the simple fact there are so many unwanted pets in shelters for people to adopt and give a loving home to.. To many people breed there dogs and have no idea about what goes into it, or what they need to do, to insure they are gonna throw good pups.. As in making sure hips are good, knowing the line where your dog and the possible female line comes from. Just so you don't have pups with any major health issues. So many times people breed there dogs for the money part of it, that's where you get ur backyard breeders. I have adopted all my pets they have all been rescued from some form of a bad situation. And seeing where they came from and how they are now is such a joy in my life.. I would hate to see problems happen. And it is better to neuter male dogs. For one it helps to stop some of there aggression issues, ex-specially in the spring and such when all the female dogs are going into heat, and such.. And it helps so they dont want to roam or try and escape ur yard, looking for that female. It helps to stop them from getting prostat cancer and yes they get it to.. And it makes life more enjoyable with them.. Its just my thoughts, but there is to many dogs unwanted, running the streets, and so on, to have another person breeding when there is enough that need homes.... Its just something to think about, before denying others of homes....

The big problem is since most dogs have "arranged marrages" the girls people are gonna look at his qualifications (he's too young to have an OFA hip clearance - usually considered a nessesity for large dogs) and look at that Ch or Field champian OFA cleared, eyes checked male the other direction and well...it's gonna be like the country song - "went to Harvard- Majored in premed- only stayed one semester" YOU'RE OUT

All responsible Golden breeders don't need a stud they have one or 2 for their own. These dogs would also have their hips eye's and thyroid already certified.

If you boy doesn't have any certifications then you probably wont hear from anyone about using him as a stud. There are enough poorly bred Golden's out their already.

you may desire to attend til they seem to be a minimum of two years of age, and characteristic had their wellbeing checking out carried out.. Genetic wellbeing subject concerns for the Golden, could be some thing which you are going to might desire to look up, or in step with danger GoldenGal might desire to help you with what you may desire to attempt for. the ingredient is, there is not any such ingredient as a ' breeding pair ' you have a woman and you breed her to a male that would compliament her, no longer purely a male reason he's handy and interior of attain. you decide directly to reproduce her to a male that would produce extra powerful. people who save breeding the comparable 2 repeatedly and yet back are not doing any breed any justice. they are breeding as a results of fact that's handy to apply that male, no longer learning and proper looking a male that would produce extra powerful, do the breed justice.

Has you dog finished his AKC championship in the show ring? Any responsible breeder will require that before considering using your dog as stud. The conformation ring is the proving ground for breeding quality, so a dog that is not of a quality to finish his championship is not of a quality to be bred.
FYI: The owner of the female is the breeder of record and owner of the puppies.

Please don't breed. You need to learn a lot before you even begin breeding.

You need to get the necessities for whelping and raising pups for at least 8 weeks of age.

That's wonderful.

Why isn't he neutered?

Have you ever thought that maybe he doesn't wanna be a father?
