Ceramic is the best for results and protection. CHI by Farouk is what I'd say is the best. A one inch usually ranges $90-$130. CHI heats evenly and has a certain stone in it that adds protection from the heat, and makes the hair shiny and silky. It also has mutiple settings of heat to choose depending on your hair type. If it's thin, you should use less heat. As with any heat product, you should ALWAYS use a heat protectant spray. Hope this helps!

Chi, most definitely. Get the chi serum along with it - that will help your hair not become damaged. I flat iron mine and only wash it every other day. The second day it looks even better.

ok, I have a Remington T-Studio Collection flat iron. I've had it forever and it doesn't damage your hair. It's a ceramic flat iron which are the best irons for your hair.

It is by Chi. Trust me I've seen my mom use a million, and this one she loves! I think it is like 130 dollars.
