i'm confused... so the general consensus for theists is man cannot understand god, therefore his judgment is beyond our criticism. here's where i get confused... why would anyone want to spend an eternity with a creation of his if that creation is so far below him intelligence. and not just one, but billions of creations. i mean for the rest of eternity, god's gonna have to listen to people ask the most annoying questions... why did you do this... why didn't you do it this way... don't you think this would be better... you know how annoying people can be, and that's just living with them for your normal life... imagine spending an eternity with those type of people...

Seems like you are in for more confusion than you thought: time and space do not exist in the higher world where God is. So eternity means nothing. But then, if I may use the children/parent analogy already begun, the reason we are here is to learn, through experience, our divinity. We are not, as you think, "creations far below in intelligence".

We are indeed sparks of God that share all the God attributes with God; unfortunately, we have not realized these. So we are on earth, part of the lower worlds, where we would learn to know who and what we are before we can go back home to God.

You would still educate your child even if you had everything his great grand-children could ever need, else the child would be useless to you, himself or anyone else. The same with us and God.

You may find some interesting stuff in the link below. Rest assured they do not preach or convert anyone there. Happy reading.

It is all about love. Parent put up will thousands of annoying questions from their children because they love them and the parents know that is how the children learn. It is the same with us and God.
