I had a partial hysterectomy in 2000. For the last year or 2 i've become very moody. I can be happy and laughing 1 min and pissed off ready to kill the next. I have bad headaches and feel very jittery all the time. I'm alway's tired and yet cant seem to go to sleep. I've been having hot flashes alot too. I was wondering if I needed to be on hormone replacement therapy? Ive set up an appointment with the doc but just want to be more informed before I go. Thanks for the help....

You are going through menopause, all right. If you are convinced you are too young to do so, you will need hormone replacement. Just remember that when you eventually stop taking it, you will age rather quickly. So if you are anywhere near the age for menopause, you might want to consider letting Mother Nature have her way in this.
