If your breasts are sagging because of old age, there is nothing other than bras or surgery that will help. Old age causes skin to wrinkle and loosen, therefore no creams or exercise will change your skin condition.
If they sag because you are a little overweight or have a bigger bust, the best way is to use a fitted bra or develop your chest muscles.
Exercises such as a pushups or slight weight training may help your frontal area, but if you do too much you will lose fat tissue.
You may have seen a lot of women bodybuilders or trainers that have masculine looking chests and no more breasts because of that.

I had GG bust and done everything possible to loose more weight to reduce the size but hey ho nothing worked! So after going to the gym 3-4 times a week, going to a dietian i lost loads of weight but not from my chest!! So ended up having surgery and believe me its not as bad as you think! I breezed through it and was back at work within 5 weeks! I would do it all again if i had to! Im alot happier now with C cups! So make yourself happy!

I don't really know, but I know a non-surgical way to become a feminist intellectual who rejects society's impossible-to-attain feminine ideals that leave the majority of women in our culture feeling inadequate about their physique. Try reading some feminist literature like, Naomi Wolf's book "The Beauty Myth." It's a few thousand dollars less than a boob job.
With the right kind of education, you will no longer care about the size of your breasts as a means of measuring your self-worth or sexual attractiveness. You'll care much more about your character, intelligence and education.

Creams do not work
Lotions do not work
Pills do not work
Working out will lift your pectoral muscles so it gives the appearance of more cleavage but this takes a long time for results to show
Lifting the whole breast itself is not possible with out surgery
Take it from me I spent $4000.00 on every cream, lotion and pill and after two years I saw no results and got a boob job and a lift for $3500.

Doing pec exercises will lift the bust. I can't think of anything else that will do it especially if you've had a child. Godloveya.

Cotton socks, a small pair but it works wonders. put them underneath and around the outside of each boob in like a half moon and it'll mold right to your bust. be careful of low shirts tho

Lotion: use a lotion that's purpose is to firm the skin. Such as Nivea Q10, I think that's the one.
Bra: wear a victoria secret push up bra. People think I wear one to make my boobs look bigger (which is half the reason) but it also shapes them the more I wear it. It really helps.

I've tried them all and they don't work. But buy the miracle bra, push-up style, from Victoria's Secret and you will find lift and separation like nothing you've ever seen before! :o)

Wear a bra that is a little too small and tighten up the shoulder straps to lift them... if you do this for long enough, it should work

Stand up straight. Wear a good bra... maybe a push up bra. Or an athletic bra.
Don't go bra-less, though, or you'll be tucking your boobs into your waistband by the time you're fifty!
