When you sleep your muscles tend to relax and it's possible your kneecap moved into a painful position. That's why you were dreaming it was dislocated. If you dislocated your kneecap you would not be able to walk. I think you should have your doctor check your muscles in the patellla and the knee. It's possible there's some other sort of problem.

It's best not to tell your doctor about your dream. Just tell him that you have terrible pain and need an examination.

The useful reply: it's all for your head. I imply that actually. Pain is "felt" in a special subject of your frame, however it's honestly being perceived within the mind. Since dreaming is a intellectual, instead than bodily, approach, in the event you think for your dream, for some thing purpose, that you've discomfort for your knees, then you are going to have discomfort for your knees. As to the underlying purpose of why you're perceiving this, I don't have any suggestion, and in most cases can not deliver you one with out plenty of dialog.
