i asked this girl for her number at school
she seem flatter... she was smiling... she said she doesnt know her cell phone number... than i said i cant call you sometime? she said theres problems and its complicated to explain... and i left it at that. couple days later i gave a note to her friend to give to her. inside the note was my number and at the bottom i put your friend.... was that bad? anyways i havent seen her at school shes been sick and hasnt called me. im wondering if her friend gave her the note to her... her friend is a guy who is gay... she lives with her grandparents... so her problem is with her parents... today i think she was trying to get my attention... she was always going towards my way to get something in class... she could of went a different way to get something... how do i approach her??? i dont want to be a stalker or a creep to her... i think she likes me a lilttle bit, but shes playing hard to get. need advice... were in highschool

She's not going to call you. If she ever does, it'll be a prank call with her girlfriends at a sleepover. Next time you see her set up a time to go do something then and there, or ask her out by writing her a note and giving it directly to her. Get to know her better before you refer to her as friend. Is she really a friend, or just a classmate that you're interested in? Every girl knows her own cell phone number. It's on your cell phone! If she doesn't write back to the note, or says she doesn't want to go out, or makes up some BS excuse for not going out with you then forget it. She's not playing hard to get, she's playing get away from me.

i think when she made an excuse for not giving out her cell number and hem hawing about calling or talking on the phone she was trying to tell you she is not interested. you might be reading more into the walk your way thing than is really there. back off a few days and see what happens.

Give the girl her space. Be her friend for real. Let her know you will listen to her when she talks, not just fake it. She may need someone to vent on. And good friend are hard to come by. And it could lead to a better relationship. You are only in high school. Don't rush it.

ive been in her shoes...but i just had trouble at home...maybe shes going through the same and just doesnt want to explain...your doing good by not pressuring her... she'll like you more...and will open up when she can ... i think she likes you to, but only time will tell...be patient and cool.. she'll come your way in good timing
