I think the best five things thats healthy and not fatty are:-
1. Soyabeans
2. Fruits (except grapes and banana becoz that are fatty)
3. Brown Bread (This have less fat in it)
4. Flavoured Milk
5. Sizzlelers

Always avoid fruits shake because it will make your body heavier.

Dried fruit is not fattening at all and I think of it as my "candy". I especially love craisins, dried apricots, and suprisingly enough the new "ones" which are dried plums (prunes). Also as a special treat you can make yourself a smoothie with fresh fruit.

--Light & Fit Yogurt (I love the blueberry!)
--honey wheat pretzels
--tired of hearing "buy fruit"?? well, buy some apples...slice them up and dip them in peanut butter. (not a whole jar...haha) but I love apples & peanut butter as a snack. peanut butter does have fat...but it is a good source of fat. your body needs fat to burn fat...so when you do intake fat...make it the good kind! stay away from peanut butter that has "hydrogenated oil" look for all natural peanut butter.
--buy whole wheat/multi-grain!!

Watch out for---
--dried fruit- most has added sugar!!! last thing you need!!!
--low fat snacks....sometimes it only means high calorie & carb!!

anything is fattening if you eat too much of it. eat baked or grilled meats, fresh raw or steamed veggies, fresh fruits, whole grains, low fat dairy. the main thing is portion control.
