Do you have any idea where they might live? How about their mom's name or stepdad's first name?
If you go to this site:
http://www.birthdatabase.com
and put in Mandy Lacey, there is a 30 yr. old person listed in the state of Oregon.
I googled Rachel Lacey. What I found was not good news. Hopefully this person was not your sister.
" The military authors support the claim in their June 25, 2003 JAMA article that no women in the military have developed pericarditis following smallpox vaccination, by saying that in the case of deceased reservist Rachel Lacey, "pericarditis had not been diagnosed at that time." Rachel Lacey,?a 22 year old in excellent health, was placed on active duty February 24, 2003. She received five vaccinations in one day in early March, including both anthrax and smallpox vaccinations. She became ill almost immediately, was first hospitalized on March 19, and died April 4.
After an autopsy, the Mayo Clinic pathologist diagnosed "lymphocytic pericarditis with eosinophils, post-vaccination and diffuse alveolar damage" on both the autopsy report and death certificate. Although it is conceivable that someone at CDC who never examined the patient has called her death "unexplained,"?the diagnosis of pericarditis?had been established well before Grabenstein et al's article was published. "
That was from this site:
http://www.ahrp.org/infomail/03/11/03.php
That Rachel was 22 in 2003, so the age is approx. correct.

There are websites out there that will give you phone numbers and addresses. You have to pay around $20.00. But it should be a great start. I think its called people connection.

I did both of them in the early 90's. They were both pretty good in the sack, but had real loose beef curtains. I would give you their phone numbers but its personal policy never to call them the next morning. I'll tell you what though, maybe you could go ask you dad in prison?
