All previous answers are correct. I think your choice should depend on the background of the person you are talking to. While in Spain the common expression would be "Te voy a echar de menos" , in Latinamerica it would be "Te voy a extrañar". Both have the exact same meaning, the former being more adequate for a person from Spain while the latter would be intended for a Latinamerican.

Te voy a extrañar - (Teh boy ah extra-gnar)
