Revelation 20:15 speaks of God judging people for their works.

Mark 15:16 damns people who are not baptized.

2 Peter 2: condemns the sinner, the ungodly, homosexuals, the filthy the wicked, and the unjust.

But where does the bible teach that those who do not accept Jesus go to hell?

So, what you are saying is that you've pulled out Scripture...but not read the New Testament? I don't just mean the parts you pulled out...I'm mean all of the NT.

Here's some references for you to check out...

John 3:17-19 (New Living Translation)

17 God sent his Son into the world not to judge the world, but to save the world through him.

18 “There is no judgment against anyone who believes in him. But anyone who does not believe in him has already been judged for not believing in God’s one and only Son. 19 And the judgment is based on this fact: God’s light came into the world, but people loved the darkness more than the light, for their actions were evil.

John 3:35-36 (New Living Translation)

35 The Father loves his Son and has put everything into his hands. 36 And anyone who believes in God’s Son has eternal life. Anyone who doesn’t obey the Son will never experience eternal life but remains under God’s angry judgment.”

Hebrews 10:28-30 (New Living Translation)

28 For anyone who refused to obey the law of Moses was put to death without mercy on the testimony of two or three witnesses. 29 Just think how much worse the punishment will be for those who have trampled on the Son of God, and have treated the blood of the covenant, which made us holy, as if it were common and unholy, and have insulted and disdained the Holy Spirit who brings God’s mercy to us. 30 For we know the one who said,

“I will take revenge.
I will pay them back.”[a]

He also said,

“The Lord will judge his own people.”[b]

Footnotes:

Hebrews 10:30 Deut 32:35.
Hebrews 10:30 Deut 32:36.

Malachi 4
The Coming Day of Judgment
1 [a]The Lord of Heaven’s Armies says, “The day of judgment is coming, burning like a furnace. On that day the arrogant and the wicked will be burned up like straw. They will be consumed—roots, branches, and all.
2 “But for you who fear my name, the Sun of Righteousness will rise with healing in his wings.[b] And you will go free, leaping with joy like calves let out to pasture. 3 On the day when I act, you will tread upon the wicked as if they were dust under your feet,” says the Lord of Heaven’s Armies.

No Mark 15:16 does not condemn the un-baptized to hell. It says:

"16The soldiers led Jesus away into the palace (that is, the Praetorium) and called together the whole company of soldiers. "

I'm assuming you wrote the wrong scripture reference or you just thought no one would bother to check.

2 Peter 2 says nothing specific about homosexuals. It is talking about lying religious leaders specifically. The whole chapter is.

John 3:16 is clear in saying that those who believes, trusts and accepts Jesus will NOT perish. The obvious conclusion is that those who don't will perish.

John 3:16 (The Message)

16-18"This is how much God loved the world: He gave his Son, his one and only Son. And this is why: so that no one need be destroyed; by believing in him, anyone can have a whole and lasting life. God didn't go to all the trouble of sending his Son merely to point an accusing finger, telling the world how bad it was. He came to help, to put the world right again. Anyone who trusts in him is acquitted; anyone who refuses to trust him has long since been under the death sentence without knowing it. And why? Because of that person's failure to believe in the one-of-a-kind Son of God when introduced to him.

Another "supporting" scripture would be this one:

Revelation 21:6 (The Message)

6-8Then he said, "It's happened. I'm A to Z. I'm the Beginning, I'm the Conclusion. From Water-of-Life Well I give freely to the thirsty. Conquerors inherit all this. I'll be God to them, they'll be sons and daughters to me. But for the rest—the feckless and faithless, degenerates and murderers, sex peddlers and sorcerers, idolaters and all liars—for them it's Lake Fire and Brimstone. Second death!"

It does not teach such a cruel thing at all.

Hell in the Bible is referred to as sheol, hades, or gehenna. Which - when translated - simply means the common grave or burial place.

Jesus and God want all to repent of their wrong doings so they have a chance at eternal life. That was the whole purpose of Jesus' sacrifice. John 3:16 states: “For God loved the world so much that he gave his only-begotten Son, in order that everyone exercising faith in him might not be destroyed but have everlasting life."

technically Jesus is about love not damnation. That was more reserved for the OT. But it is said if you accept Jesus you will go to heaven, not deny him and go to hell.
God so loved the world, he gave his only begotten son. Whosover believeth in him, shall not perish but have everlasting life. Gospels of John.

If you refer to a fiery hell of torment, the Bible does not teach that.
If you mean the Bible hell, that is the grave ....6 ft under, then the whole Bible teaches that.

Jesus said that no one gets to the Father (God) except through Him.

Hell is the absence of God.
