No, of course no one here knows what is wrong with you...and your cardiologist would know better than anyone on YA. The drug you took may not have been the cause of your problems. Rather, your problems may have been seen the first time because of the drug. For instance, if you took speed, your norepinephrine (NE) levels may have shot up. If you already produce too much norepinephrine, it may have sent you into overdrive...and yeah, NE has heart beat effects. Furthermore, if you get nervous about it, it could send you into an anxiety attack which also can give symptoms you mention and additionally increase NE levels. But, I more have questions. Do you know if you overproduce norepinephrine? Also, I understand that it is not uncommon for arrhythmia to be "set off" by eating. Lastly, propranolol is a beta adrenergic blocker. I did my masters research on this drug. It lowers blood pressure. This could explain the dizzy feeling, but NOT if it is before the drug is in your system. So I was unclear. If you take propranolol and then feel dizzy, you may have reduced your blood pressure too much (effect of the drug.) If you feel dizzy before the propranolol, I'm unsure. Your doctor knows best. No one on here can tell you what is wrong with you, but these are just some things to think about and let me know if you already have the answers for the sake of my curiosity ;) Best of luck.

So you have an irregular heart beat. Alot of people have that.I have it and I have had pains in my heart before . It was a very sharpe pain-pressure on my chest. My heart rate was high and irregular. The ER sent me home saying there was nothing wrong! Which i do not believe, next time I will go to another hospital. Have it checked out.........
