I'm not over weight and my BMI is perfect but I have a lil extra weight around thighs and my stomach, and I would live to tone up my chest/arms besides eating well (DUH) what's a good exercise plan/or just regular exercise that would be good for losing fat around those areas and toning muscle there, oh yeah and buns what's good for lifting the buns. I am trying to get in shape for summer. (and please before you answer I am looking for REAL answers lately yahoo answers just has little kids playing around on it just doing whatever they want and its annoying PLEASE real answers) Thanks in advance.
