You are born with the knowledge of where you just came from, ie the spirit world where you lived with God. However, due to our need to live by faith and learn as we grow, there is a "veil" placed upon us stopping our memories of the pre-mortal world we lived in. "Evidences" of this can be found in how a baby/infant is soothed by soft, mellow music, soft voices and other similar things.

You're born an atheist. Then you might become a theist.
Every child is born atheist as they don't believe in god because they have no concept of him. god/religion is a learned thing.

Everyone is born an Atheist. We aren't born with beliefs... we learn them from the people around us and hopefully, we try to learn on our own and not rely on those closest to us to just feed us the info we want. =)

Seems to me everyone is 'born' an atheist since religion, any religion, is a learned dogma.

EVERYONE is born with an absence of belief in a god or gods. If one BECAME atheist then (s)he became theist sometime after birth then atheist again.
