hello,
OUR world is closely approaching the 7,000 year mark, when all evil/rebellion/negativity/etc. is over..., WE are in the era of the Adamic world and there obviously was a pre-Adamic world system that did not survive. The planet itself was here and holds onto much of the records, but is sketchy at best. Geologically, it is scientifically verifiable, but the 'human' question is NOT scientifically verifiable..., only a theory which is proported as 'factual'. There may have not been 'human beings' like we are now.
God created whatever WHENEVER and it .., vegetable, mineral or animal kingdoms.. plus HUMAN kingdom, (blood of animals and humans have never been the same and remain different) did NOT evolve into something BETTER and more capable or more intelligent. That theory violates every law of nature presently known and operating or EVER known and every honest scrientist knows this. When God made Adam, he was the best and most intelligent of all creatures ever created and it's been 'downhill' ever since.. The ancients, since Adam, did amazing things in architectural achievements and we don't even know how they did it and can't take it apart without cutting it in pieces and/or destroying it..: obolisks, pyramids of Egypt, Easter Island statues and other such; also the supernatural accomplishments were only by those who walked and talked with God. These things are so amazing that folks try and come up with some 'outer-space-alien' theory for their origins rather than believe that humanity has dumbed down not evolved into advanced creatures, and has quit trusting God as a partner. IF the scientists have an agenda to deny God (their source and life-force), then their brain looses it's ability to do critical and honest reasoning and research. There is, unquestionably, the process of adaptation, but this is NOT evolution from one species to another, nor evolution into a different kind!
Anyway, what we KNOW scientifically, by true evidence brings more questions than there are answers regarding the pre-Adamic world, so the only thing that is absolutely known about our life and times and Adamic world doesn't invalidate the Holy Scriptures or any of the true scientific evidence! Isn't it exciting to know God has done this world and 'offspring' thing more than once? But one thing we know about THIS world era we are in now..., "EVERY SEED PRODUCES AFTER IT'S OWN KIND" is an absolute God-made law. Mankind may 'mess with it', but they can't make a "seed" without it's source of origin.., man cannot create the life-force himself without using what already exists..., what God created. Wonder how many times there has been a world, since God is 'timeless' and we are just a 'wink' in time.

Many use this 6,000 year border because that is the oldest organized writings found but it is clear and obvious from scientific, fossil, and archaeological remains that civilized man goes back much further than that.

Human existance can be traced back to six thousand years many times over. In the history of science, six thousand years is like talking about yesterday.
