Genesis - It's got a good beat and lots of great stories for me and my kids.
Exodus too - The great escape like no other.
Leviticus and Numbers....... I struggle with these. I know that God didn't put all this in just to fill space, so I ask for wisdom while reading so it can be revealed to me. In studying a little about health, I've realized that there is real value in following the dietary laws even though we are not bound by the law any more. I think the genealogies (important to God - He did put them all in there...) show that being a parent is SO important. My children will be who they are in great part because of who I am, who my dad was and his dad too.
We as parents gotta really work hard.
My vote though is for Genesis.

Genesis. More short stories. Easier to keep up with. Time is much faster. It starts slowing down after Genesis. The other four books can be difficult to understand and read. Many laws and genealogies to read about.

Genesis has a compelling storyline.
Leviticus was written to cure insomnia.
