Firstly you should be careful about losing so much weight quickly and if you do then not by faddy diets but under medical supervision and using a dietitian. When you say 'weight' I assume that you mean fat. The reason I say this is because it is not 'weight' that counts but shape since loss of fat by careful eating and increase in exercise will actually put a little 'weight' on initially as some of the fat turns into muscle which is heavier than fat. Basically fat is lost from the body in the opposite way that it was acquired, ie from the last place it was deposited, probably the waist area, neck, upper arm and legs. Your feet shouldn't be affected too much unless they have become puffy since they are used constantly and don't accumulate much fat. The face will become thinner as excess fat is lost from the neck and cheeks and if the nose is bulbous and the lips fuller than normal there may be some loss from those areas. However this will enhance your appearance rather than spoil it. The skin may become wrinkled and a little saggy initially but your body will adjust in time. Good luck and keep it up

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

I've lost weight in the feet and the nose appears to be slimmer, but that might be an illusion caused by facial weight loss. But yes, my foot size has gone back down two sizes. My lips are exactly the same as they always were.
You lose the weight from everywhere eventually.

Lips? Nose? Feet I can see because you can carry some fat around those, plus retain fluid, but nose and lips? Your face will lose fat--your cheeks, underneath your jaw, but I don't think your nose and lips will change. In fact in proportion to the rest of your face which will be leaner, your lips, eyes, and perhaps even nose might appear larger. Just make sure you exercise while you're losing so your skin stays supple. The muscles in your body and face will keep the skin from becoming too flacid. Also try not to lose too quickly--not sure if you've already lost it or are planning to. Good luck.

i don't think it's possiavle to lose weight in your nose i actually think it sticks out more when you are thin. and so does your Lips but i do believe that the feet usually depends on the person. somefat people have fat on thier feet some don't so the people who does are the people who lose it.
I have a tendency to gain and lose weight. i think in the last year i lost about 70 pounds and gained about 50.
I am like a friggen Yoyo. anyways i never noticed any change in my feet

Yes, you do in your feet. I never lost weight in my nose, but then I don't really have a fatty nose. I don't believe you really lose in your lips. I believe your nose and lips look different because you lose weight in your face.
I have had dentures since I was young. When I lost about 30 pounds, my dentures were loose and I had to go and have them relined. The dentist was surprised I was back in so soon (Had them re-done a year or so before). When I told him I had lost weight, he said that must be it, because I had not lost any bone.

The problem behind this question is not knowing exactly HOW you lost the weight. If you went for Lipo, then realistically you could have had them remove the fat from wherever you wanted.
However, if you had lost 50lbs from doing nothing but situps, your facial fat is less likely to have been affected, as well as any fat on your backside.
Your nose would not likely have any exra fat on it to begin with, since it is formed of cartilage, and does not directly get affected by the weight gain in the first place.
So, basically, it all depends on how exactly you went about the weight loss that would affect where the weight got dropped.

You do not lose weight on your nose and lips. It's possible to lose weight from your feet - however if you're wanting to lose weight based on your feet, nose and lips, perhaps you should consider seeing a psychologist instead of a personal trainer.
