Yes I do.
I pray for strenght and guidance throughout my day. I know that it's very possible that I will be faced with new trials. So I pray for endurance.
I'm often granted that which I pray for.

I have found that when I wake up is the best time to spend some time with God. It oftentimes sets me off on continuous prayer all day.

i dont pray ever. as i feel remedial when talking to something im not sure exists. I feel like it weakens me and is proof of someone who can not rely on themselves
