OK this might sound really weird BUT it works. Take your favorite shampoo and get some birth control pills, crush the pills until its powered and put in your shampoo use this and you natural hair will start coming out healthier then you had it. My brother is from a mixed race and wanted braids but couldnt grow his hair fast like he wanted and I told him to use the shampoo i had but didnt tell him what was in it because he wouldnt have used it and now his hair has grown to his shoulders in like two months.

Get it treated my your stylist regularly. Handle your hair with care, and don't be too rough with it. Especially when wet.
