I think what Imus said was rude and uncalled for. BUT in the same respect, where is his right to free speach?? He's a shock jock, just like Howard for example. If Howard wasnt' able to say the things that he does would he still be Howard?? Of course not!

No, he should not be fired. Everyone should just ignore this crap and get over it.

NO! People need to lighten up!We've become a nation of pantywaist,whimpy,whiners.People can't even laugh at themselves anymore!Now there's people talking about doing away with sexist rap music.I don't listen to it, but I agree with they're freedom of speech to if they chose.Imus apoligized,and apoligized. He's a comedian!Not a program like 6o minutes! And what is a cheristan?!!

It's no secret that some within the black community refer to females as "ho's". If it's OK for them, why is it not OK for others?

Any group of people have to show that they respect themselves before they expect similar respect from others outside of that group.
