Apparently believers think that it means that he DOES exist.
Look at the questions and answers here - it's not the nonbelievers who have a problem with understanding things.

I would wager that U cannot understand the Universe, but U can certainly see it & on ocassion it comes screaming down to us! We turn on a light switch, but don't understand Electron Theory but we know how to use it. We are a Creation of Gods designed for a specific purpose, participation in the Angelic Conflict. God wants us to know Him & in the Garden He taught our original parents one on one. But they rebelled and disobeyed God ans as God cannot live with Sin they were ejected & Adam was made the carrier of original sin which is imparted to us today through all males. But, God not willing for us to parish sent Christ so that once again we could communicate with Him if we accept Christ. God has also preserved for us His Holy Inspired Word the Bible so that we may study about Him under all types of circumstances. Unfortunatly WE don't want to know about God. If we did, we would study His Word. John

No. Matter of fact He is much alive in both our world and spirit world. If you don't understand God maybe you or anybody should think how life came about. Why people always talk about angels and demons. I say the only way you can see truth about God by open your eyes, watch your surroundings. The truth is 80% of everybody are born with their eyes closed and not know there are a different world out there.

In my opinion, absolutely not! A lack of understanding about anything in our lives does not translate into non-existence, untrue, just can't be or out and out wrong.
I love this quote, "People fail to appreciate what they don't understand." For me, this is so very true.

A religious person would find that as evidence that he does exist... But a logical person wouldnt make that claim.
Funny thing is, those that cannot understand evolution are the ones claiming it doesnt exist...

No, there are many things that we have not understood in the past - but never-the-less existed - radiation, germs, etc, etc.
Understanding something is not a determinant of existance.

If you can't understand someone speaking another language, does that mean they don't exist?
This is how I see it...God speaks a language some people just don't understand, nor do they have the desire to stop and listen to it, or learn it. I pity them, it is a beautiful language to know.

I guess not. But, it (the Bible) does say we're made in His image so we should be able to comprehend him, no? Paul also has a quote in the Bible (NT somewhere) that 'God is not the author of confusion'. Oh, really? Have you read the many, many contradictions listed here?

No, it means you are human like the rest of us. Plus, no one can understand God. He is incomprehensible and ineffable thus, proving you are human.
