You're going to have to measure the her inseam and multiply it by arm length. Ok, I'm kidding. There really is no science behind trike size. Most companies make only one or two sizes. If she can reach the pedals she is good to go. I would look for a model with metal wheels and frame. I know that sounds obvious, but so many manufacturers are using a lot of plastic these days. Get a helmet as well.
